Chicken: 1500 grams
Honey: 4 teaspoons
Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons
Lemon juice: a quarter of a cup
Ginger: 1 tablespoon (freshly chopped)
Salt: a teaspoon
Spices and seasonings: half a teaspoon (black pepper, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, mixed spice and nutmeg)

Preparation method

1. In a bowl, put honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and nutmeg

How to prepare

2- For 10 minutes, put the onions in a hot pan without oil or ghee and leave it until it wilts, then put the garlic and the sauce and leave them for 5 minutes on a medium heat, then put all the spices.
3- Prepare another pot, heat it well on the fire, without oil or ghee
4- Put the minced meat and stir well until it wilts, then put the sauce and spices on it, stir well and leave them on the fire for 3 minutes.
5- Bring a heated glass bowl and put a layer of eggplant, then meat, then eggplant until the end of the quantity, and the last layer of eggplant will be and put it in the oven for 15 minutes or until it is cooked.

Green onions: 2 sticks (chopped)

Lettuce: as desired (chopped)

How to prepare
1- Mix lemon juice, cumin and black pepper in a bowl, until you get a homogeneous sauce.
2- In a second bowl, put lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, olives and tuna.
3- Add the sauce mixture, stir the ingredients until they overlap.
4- Serve directly.
