The best time to burn body fat

The body burns calories at different times of the day, and according to many reasons, the rate of burning can change, but at specific times, the percentage of burning may be greater in the body.
Factors that cause a change in the rate of burning fat in the body during the day
Activity and movement: The more movement and activity the body increases, the higher the burn rate. In contrast, laziness and lethargy cause a decrease in the body’s burning rate, and therefore the burning rate increases during exercise or tasks that require movement.
Drinking water: The chances of burning fat in the body increase when drinking large amounts of water, but in the case of not drinking water, the rates of fat burning decrease.
Diet: Diet affects the percentage of burning in the body, as some foods are difficult to burn and turn into body fats, such as carbohydrates and sugars, while foods that contain fiber and healthy fats are converted into energy that helps in activities.
The best time to burn body fat

  • Early morning: Exercising in the early morning and before eating breakfast, contributes to accelerating the process of burning fat, increasing energy levels and preparing the body to burn fat throughout the day.
Daytime period: during which the body moves a lot, especially with the heat of the sun, and in the evening, fat burning decreases.
Therefore, it is desirable to refrain from eating foods in the evening, as many studies say that following an effective diet requires abstaining from eating foods after eight in the evening.
Thus, breakfast must be eaten early, so that it does not exceed ten o’clock in the morning, and lunch should be at two o’clock in the afternoon, and dinner before eight o’clock in the evening.
Summer season: With regard to the four seasons, the summer season is the season in which the percentage of fat burning increases, because many people tend to be lazy and comfortable in the winter season, which means less movement and less fat burning.
However, this cannot be generalized to people who continue to exercise and move in all seasons of the year.Follow a healthy diet: Do not exceed the appropriate calories for a person daily, according to his age, weight, and the percentage of fat he needs to burn.
You should stay away from foods that contain unhealthy fats because they cannot be burned easily, and eat foods that contain fibers that accelerate fat burning.
It is preferable to divide meals into 5 small meals, including two snacks, which are vegetables and fruits, because they help increase the rate of burning.
Doing exercise daily: This ensures that fat is burned on a daily basis and that it does not accumulate and accumulate in the body.
Sleep regulation: you should sleep early and wake up early, because this helps a lot in burning fat even during sleep.
As sleeping early will make you wake up in the morning with a feeling of activity that motivates you to exercise and move.
Also, taking enough sleep maintains the cortisol hormone in an appropriate proportion in the body, but in the case of not sleeping well and feeling stressed, the cortisol rate will rise, which is a reaction to stress and hinders fat burning.
Seizing the opportunity for any activity: It should not be limited to exercise only, but the body can be made to burn fat in different periods of the day by practicing different activities at home and keeping the body in continuous movement as much as possible.
A man can choose his favorite game and enjoy it with his friends, such as football, and a woman has to clean and tidy the house daily, all of this is a movement and helps in burning fat.
Conducting medical examinations: related to glands and hormones, such as examining the thyroid and adrenal glands, because these glands have many functions, including controlling appetite and the rate of burning in the body, and therefore any defect in them hinders the burning of fat in the body.
In the event of any abnormality in these glands, treatment must be started to return to their normal system in performing their functions.
