It depends on the choice of food according to the person’s blood type
For example, people with blood type (A) should only eat vegetables

7- Sleep diet
For the first time, it may have a strange name, but there are many people who resort to sleeping for long hours because they believe that when you are asleep, you do not feel hungry, so you do not need more food and therefore there is no increase in weight; What is more dangerous is that they resort to eating pacifiers to stay asleep for several days; This system is considered one of the most wrong types of diets because sleeping for long periods not only prevents hunger, but leads to weakness in the muscles of the body in general, and the person may not wake up after all..!
