Meat risotto with mixed vegetables for diet..
A wonderful and delicious meal in one meal that is sure to satisfy all tastes.
~ ~ Ingredients ~~~
1 and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 hanging barbecue
Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 medium onion, peeled, thinly sliced and thinly sliced
5 garlic cloves, minced (1 and 1/2 tablespoon)
1 and 1/4 cup of beef broth
1 tablespoon fresh minced thyme
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
small size fries..
5 medium carrots, peeled and cut into equal pieces
beef broth,
2 large spoons of parsley
way:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Roast the roast beef and season with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry until browned on both sides, about 4 – 5 minutes per side.
Transfer the meat to a side dish.
Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to a saucepan.
Add onions and fry for 2 minutes, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
Pour the onion and garlic mixture over the risotto and return to the heat pot.
Pour over the meat broth,
and Worcestershire sauce,
and thyme and rosemary and cook long enough to level out.
Remove from the heat.
Put the potatoes and carrots in a pot, pour the meat and the meat broth evenly over them, then season with salt and pepper.
Leave the food on a slow fire and put the parsley on top until it is cooked
The food is still on the fire
We chop the pieces of meat; potatoes; Carrots and put them on a serving plate
We sprinkle parsley on them and serve.
